How to create a free digital business card people actually use
Build a clear, useful digital contact card with your photo, company, verified email and social links—then share it worldwide.
Start with the next step you want people to take
A digital business card is your own page for professional introductions. Instead of sending a phone number, a website and several social links separately, you share one profile. Someone can open it in a browser, save your contact or send you a message.
Before choosing colours, decide what matters most: a prospective client contacting you, a colleague finding your LinkedIn, or a visitor booking your service. Keep that action easy to find.
Add the details that make your introduction clear
Create your BizTapio account and verify your signup email. Choose a profile design, add your name, role and company, and write a short introduction. A useful introduction says who you help and what you do. For example: “I help small businesses create clear websites and brand identities.”
Upload a clear photo, add your company logo if relevant, and include the social profiles you actually use. Check every link. A few current links are more useful than a long list of inactive accounts.
Check contact saving and privacy
Set your first and last name as you want them saved on a phone. Add work and personal email separately if needed. Each public contact email must be verified individually, and you choose whether visitors can see it. Phone and WhatsApp visibility are also your choice.
Preview your card on a phone before publishing. Read the introduction, try the links and save the contact. Keep private information out of your photo, biography and public service descriptions too.
Publish once and keep it current
Publish your profile and share its link or QR code. No physical NFC card is required. BizTapio Starter is free forever worldwide; Pro will be introduced later.
When your role or details change, update the same profile. Its link and QR continue opening the updated page. A contact already saved on someone else’s phone does not automatically update, so share your current profile again when important details change.
