Pilot and operator details
BizTapio is the project name used at biztapio.com. A separate company is planned; its legal name, registration country, registration number and business address have not yet been confirmed. This notice describes the current pilot. Contact [email protected] for privacy questions.
Using your account
Use accurate information and an email address you control. Email verification is required before creating an account. Keep your login secure and notify support if you suspect unauthorized access. The service is intended for adults; company administrators must have authority to manage their team.
Profiles and content
You keep ownership of your content and allow us to store, display and transmit it as needed to provide the service. Upload only information, images and trademarks you have permission to use. Do not impersonate others, publish private information without permission, send spam or use the service for unlawful or harmful activity. You control publication and privacy settings. Selecting a company name does not establish affiliation or grant access.
Products, prices and delivery
Digital profiles are available worldwide. Physical card, stand and sticker requests are paused and coming later; physical delivery details will be announced at launch. Prices are shown in KWD, with applicable printing and delivery charges itemized before a request is submitted. A product request is an inquiry for confirmation, not a completed paid purchase. Availability, design, final quotation and delivery arrangements must be confirmed separately. Published preparation times are estimates after design approval.
Payments, subscriptions and cancellations
Starter is free forever. Pro will be introduced later. Online payment collection, recurring subscription billing and paid plan limits are not active in this pilot. Displayed subscription plans describe proposals, not an active paid entitlement. Before paid sales begin, we will publish payment, renewal, cancellation, return and refund conditions and identify the legal seller. During the pilot, contact support to change or cancel a product request. Nothing here removes rights available under applicable consumer law.
NFC, external links and statistics
Profile links and QR codes can be tested without a physical card. NFC requires compatible devices and working connectivity; physical NFC testing is still pending. Google and social platforms are independent services. Review stands direct visitors to a review destination and must not be used to fabricate reviews. View and link-open counts do not prove unique visitors or completed Google reviews.
Availability and account closure
Pilot features may change or be temporarily unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or business outcomes. We may restrict accounts that misuse the service and explain the reason where practicable. You can export your data and delete a customer account in Account settings. Contact support for assistance or a dispute. Any responsibility is subject to applicable law; these terms do not waive mandatory rights.
Changes and contact
