About this pilot
BizTapio is the project name used at biztapio.com. A separate company is planned; its legal name, registration country, registration number and business address have not yet been confirmed. This notice describes the current pilot. Contact [email protected] for privacy questions.
Information we collect
We process your account name, verified email, password hash, optional company details and the profile information and images you provide. Product requests contain your selected items, customization details and delivery contact/address. Contact forms collect the sender’s name, email, message and consent. We also record profile views and review-link opens, and process technical connection and security information through our hosting and delivery providers. Do not upload identity documents, payment card details or other sensitive information.
Why we use information
We use this information to verify accounts, operate and display profiles, deliver messages and service emails, manage product requests, provide activity statistics, prevent misuse and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal information or use contact-form messages for advertising.
Public profiles and your choices
Draft profiles are not public. Once published, a profile is available to anyone with its link. Search visibility is on by default; you can turn it off in profile privacy settings. This requests removal from our sitemap and discourages search-engine indexing, but does not make the link private or immediately remove cached search results. Email, personal email, phone and WhatsApp are hidden by default. You choose which details to display; contact downloads respect those choices. Public company names may appear in company suggestions. Anyone can copy information you make public.
Messages and companies
When you submit a contact form with consent, its information is shared with that profile owner, who is responsible for how they use it. A company-name suggestion does not verify a company or grant team access. Team access is controlled by invitations and roles.
Cookies and analytics
Essential session cookies support sign-in. Your language and analytics choice may be stored in your browser. Google Analytics is optional and used on the homepage and shop only after you allow it. You can decline or change your choice using Privacy choices on those pages. We do not intentionally send profile contact details or messages to Google Analytics. Profile activity statistics are separate from this optional website analytics.
Service providers and storage
The pilot is hosted on an OVHcloud server in Canada. Cloudflare provides website delivery/security, Google Workspace provides service email, and Google Analytics processes optional analytics. These providers may process information outside your country. OVH automatic backups are stored on separate servers in the same datacentre. An additional independent cloud-backup destination has not yet been configured. External social links and Google reviews follow the destination service’s policies.
Retention, deletion and access
We retain account data while your account is active and as needed for support, security and applicable obligations. No automatic inactivity-deletion schedule is currently configured. Account settings lets you export your information and delete a customer account; unused images can also be removed there. Removing an image from a profile alone does not delete its stored file. Backup copies may remain until replaced or expired; deletion requests must be reapplied if an older backup is restored. Copies saved by visitors or search engines are outside our direct control. Contact [email protected] for access, correction, deletion or privacy concerns; we may verify your identity before acting.
Security and updates
We use HTTPS, protected sessions, hashed passwords and access controls. No service can promise complete security. This pilot is intended for adults and business use. We will update this notice when registration, providers or features change and identify the revision date.
